TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Turnaround time varies from a few days to a few months. If you need it by a certain REASONABLE date you can recommend it and I can do my best based on my current life situation and the rest of my queue, but that is in no way a guarantee. It is me taking that into consideration and doing what I can. As a disabled individual, this is non-negotiable.

  • You may NOT use my work for any commercial purposes. Personal use is fine, but mass-producing my work for the purpose of reselling will leave me with no choice but to take legal action. (Has happened before)

  • Major changes and refunds are only available during the sketch period ONLY. I use way too many layers and put too many hours into my work to be ready to send you your product, just for you to change your mind at the last second.

  • Do not rush me. I'm not always so active with DMs; am I ghosting you? OF COURSE not, I WILL get back to you. But if I'm still taking a while, I may have forgotten and you're free to send a friendly reminder!
